At each Annual General Meeting, COK's members appoint a Board of Directors who is assigned the responsibility of the general management and control of the credit union. The Board of Directors operates as a cohesive unit and elects from within their numbers a President, Vice President(s), a Secretary and a Treasurer.

President
Carol Anglin has served on the Board of Directors of COK for over 10 years.
A Management consultant, she has had more that 20 years experience in commerce and business development, qualitative and quantitative research, institutional development, marketing, export marketing management, sales management and organizational development. She is the Managing Director of Ebony Business Printers.

Secretary
Debbie-Ann Gordon Crawford served COK as a member of the Supervisory Committee for two years before being nominated to join the Board of Directors in 2005.
Before December 2004, Mrs. Crawford was the Tax Counsel and a Senior Tax Manager with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since December 2005, she has been practicing as Debbie-Ann Gordon & Associates, an associated law firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Karen Asher-Osbourne

Dr. Karen Asher-Osbourne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. Prior to this, she served on the Nominating Committee. She is currently a member of the Medial Association of Jamaica (MAJ), Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA) USA, and the Jamaica Anesthetist Association.
Christopher Robinson
Treasurer
Mr. Robinson is a finance professional with over 25 years experience in the financial services industry including serving as a financial analyst with the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance and Country Manager of CUNA Mutual Group in Jamaica. He has served as a Human Resource Development Officer (HRDO) and teaches Accounts and Management related subject.
Mr. Robinson was educated at the University of the West Indies where he gained his Bachelors degree in Management Studies and later successfully read for a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance. He also holds the Fellow of Life Management Institute(FLMI) designation from LOMA in Atlanta Georgia.
A service oriented individual, he has been President of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston, President of the Life Insurance Companies Association of Jamaica, Honorary Trustee and Treasurer of the Jamaica Medical Foundation, member of the Board of Governors of the Wolmers Prep School and past executive member of Wolmers Old Boys Association.
Mr. Robinson is married, with children, and relaxes by watching sports or playing dominoes.

Joscelyn Jolly OD, JP
Director
Mr. Joscelyn J. Jolly has served Jamaica’s credit union movement with distinction since 1982, when he became President of the then City of Kingston Co-operative Credit Union.
He also served on the Board of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League for fourteen years, inclusive of a three-year period, from 1997 to 2000, when he was President of the League.
Additionally, Joscelyn Jolly represented the credit union movement both at the wider Caribbean level and in the international arena. Between 2001 and 2003, he was President of the regional credit union body, the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions and, in that capacity, also served as the region’s delegate on the World Council of Credit Unions.
It was because of this outstanding level of service that Joscelyn Jolly was, in October 2005, awarded the National Honour of the Order of Distinction for Long and Faithful Service to the Credit Union Movement.
Although he resigned his position on the Board of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League in May 2005, this senior executive at West Indies Pulp and Paper – whose duties include those of Board Director and Company Secretary – continues to give volunteer service within the wider community. Since 1990, he has worked as Chairman of the Boards of the Mel Nathan Basic School and the Reg Reis Basic School
Meadowbrook United Church also has just cause to applaud his volunteerism as he has, since 1995, worked as Chairman of the Church’s Finance Committee, and Elder and Chairman of its Social Outreach Programme.
At the same time, he has been an active member of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew North since 1987 and through all his activities – both within the credit union movement and throughout the wider society – he has lived the motto of Rotary: “Service Above Self”.
Mr. Jolly is the General Manager of WIPP Packaging Ltd.

Albert “Bertie” Morris OD
Honourary Director, Founder
Mr. Albert Morris, fondly referred to as “Bertie,” is the man who envisioned the establishment of a credit union that served the people of the City of Kingston regardless of their affiliation. He was the first President and has been Vice President of the Board of Directors since 1988.
Mr. Morris, an active figure in the credit union movement, was also a founding member of Jamaica Public Service Company (JPSCo.) Employees’ Credit Union and a co-founder of Jamaica Telephone Company (now Cable & Wireless) Employee’s Credit Union.
In 2001, he received the National Badge of Honour for Long and Faithful Service to the Credit Union Movement.
Al Chambers
Director
Al Chambers has been a member of the credit union movement in Jamaica for approximately 20 years. He has served as a Credit Committee volunteer and was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2006. He also sits on the COK Pension Plan Board of Trustees. He is currently Managing Director for Tyre Sales Limited.
Trevor Blake - OD, JP
Director
Mr. Trevor Blake is regarded as a regional credit union stalwart due to his enormous contribution to the sector across the Caribbean for more than 40 years.
He started at the Goodyear Employees’ Credit Union in 1968, and then became a founding director and treasurer of the St. Thomas Co-operative Credit Union when the smaller credit unions in the parish merged in 1973. He later served both the COK Co-operative Credit Union and the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League as treasurer; and the Sodality Co-operative Credit Union as president. Having retired from the board of COK in 2003 after 26 years, the merger of COK and Sodality brought him back to the board of the new COK Sodality in 2009.
His contribution was not confined to Jamaica as he was instrumental in establishing the City of Bridgetown Credit Union in Barbados in 1983, and served as chair of the Business Centre Committee of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) from 1997 to 2001.
Mr. Blake’s conviction of the scope and reach of voluntary service in the development of a nation has served in many other sectors. He has contributed to the work of the Lions’ Club of St. Thomas and to school boards, including that of the esteemed, Hampton School for Girls since 1991. He became chairman of the board in 2010. In 2004 Mr. Blake was nationally recognized for his voluntary service, primarily to the credit union sector , with the Order of Distinction .
Professionally, Mr. Blake doubles as CEO of Exotic Products Jamaica and Director of Finance at Boss Furniture Company.
The devout Anglican serves his church community in many ways, especially in the areas of outreach and Sunday school.
