COK Sodality’s management structure is designed to support the organisation’s strategies for growth and development. At the helm is CEO Mrs. Jacqueline Mighty. Jacqueline Mighty - Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Mighty is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years experience in management, accounting and finance where she has successfully shaped and directed the operations of several large organizations in Jamaica.
Her professional career started at McIntosh Bedding Co. Ltd makers of the famous Sealy Posturepedic, where she worked as Internal Auditor then Accountant before joining the Petroleum Company of Jamaica Ltd. as Financial Controller.
After a long and distinguished career with PETCOM, Mrs. Mighty joined the Jamaica Observer Ltd. as Financial Controller then later assumed additional responsibilities as General Manger.
Prior to assuming the role as Chief Executive of COK, Mrs. Mighty served the organization as Deputy General Manager – Operations and Special Projects.
Mrs. Mighty has a long association with COK having served as a volunteer for over 12 years, on the Supervisory Committee then the Board of Directors.
Mrs. Mighty is the Treasurer of the Mt. Alvernia Past Students Association (Kingston Chapter), a director on the Board of Governors of the St. Andrew Preparatory School as well as The Queens School, a director of the Church Committee of the St. Andrew Parish Church and a Sunday School teacher. In her spare time she enjoys reading, listening to music and traveling. She is married and the proud mother of two children.

Desmond Foster - Strategic Planning & Business Development Manager

A management professional with strong organizational and analytical skills Desmond Foster assumed the office of Strategic Planning and Development Manager at COK Sodality in May 2010. Desmond is accountable for the achievement of new business targets and is charged with the responsibility of driving revenue through process reengineering, major project management and strategic support.
Desmond’s acumen in strategic corporate planning and administration, as well as human resource and multi-channel management has been honed by over 20 years of management experience evidenced by the office of Director, Administration & Human Resources at the Jamaica Information Service (JIS) and that of Business Management Consultant with a microfinance organization with headquarters in Geneva, which he held before commencing his tenure at COK Sodality. Prior to JIS, Desmond was the Director of Human Resources at Jack Tar Village, preceded by the same office at The Crowne Plaza Hotel.
A firm believer in volunteerism, Desmond has also served as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Executive Agencies Pension Scheme, Audit Committee Member of the JIS, Chairman of the Life Insurance Companies Association’ of Jamaica Education Committee and several others through his professional life.
Desmond holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and an honours B.Sc. from the University of the West Indies in Management Studies; he is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and has been conferred the designation of ACS, Associate Customer Service. Desmond is also a Member of the Human Resources Professionals Association Toronto Chapter and a Member of the Jamaican Institute of Management.
A proud father of two children, Desmond is also a devout Anglican who serves on the Church Committee and Board of the Early Childhood Centre of Christ Church, Vineyard Town.
Courtney Wynter - Chief Financial Officer

Courtney Wynter has held the post of Chief Financial Officer of COK Sodality Cooperative Credit Union Limited since January 2011. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight for all Financial, Investment and Regulatory activities and Reporting for the Credit Union.
Courtney is a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of extensive global financial management experience. During his tenure overseas, Courtney worked with VerizonBusiness/MCI-Corporate in Atlanta, Georgia, where as the Senior Manager for International Data Settlements, he spearheaded the negotiations of and settled over 120 international bankruptcy claims filed against MCI/WorldCom.
Prior to VerizonBusiness/MCI, Courtney spent 11 years with AT&T-Corporate, in New Jersey, USA where he worked in various domestic and international financial and operational management positions, including General Manager/CFO for their Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands subsidiaries for 4 years. He also held the office of Finance Director of International Markets Division at AT&T Corporate. Courtney’s roles included various mega International transactions in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as outsourcing solutions.
After spending over 22 years working in various senior financial and operational management positions in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean, Courtney returned to Jamaica as Vice President - Finance for Cable and Wireless Jamaica (CWJ) now LIME. He also served as a trustee for the CWJ Pension Plan. Prior to his appointment with COK Sodality, Mr. Wynter was a Strategy Consultant with Victoria Mutual Building Society with oversight for two Strategic Business Units.
Courtney is a graduate of The Wharton School’s Advance Management Program for Executives; and holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Accounting from CUNY-Medgar Evers College, and an MBA (Hons.) in International Finance from St. Johns University-New York.
Serving on several non-profit and school boards while in the USA, Courtney takes a special interest in global current affairs and politics while enjoying hobbies such as golf, football, badminton and listening to music. Courtney is a graduate of Wolmers Boys School and is the proud father of two children, Jamila and Courtney Jr.
Shaun D. K. Barrett Radcliffe — MIS Manager
With more than 10 years experience in the IT field, Shaun’s passion remains that of deploying the most appropriate IT solution to increase productivity, reduce inefficiency and generate profits for the companies which she serves. Shaun, a firm believer in utilizing the latest technology, is a stickler for quality and benchmarks the work done by all MIS personnel including herself against international standards.
Shaun posses a first degree in Computer Studies and a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. The knowledge of information technology and finance has enabled Shaun to develop and deploy appropriate technological solutions which meets the financial needs of COK. Her experience in system development and project management has enabled her to effectively manage the various projects being undertaken by the IT department.
To relax,Shaun enjoys traveling within the island and overseas, reading and watching good
detective movies such as Law & Order.
Vevine Cameron, Credit Manager
Mrs. Vevine Cameron joined the COK family in January 2008. She comes to the Credit Union with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of Credit Administration and Operations gained from National Commercial Bank where she spent nineteen (19) years.
She is a past student of Westwood High School and a graduate of the University of the West Indies where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting-Upper Second Class Honours. She is now in the final stages (thesis) of completing her Masters in Finance from Manchester Business School, UK.
She enjoys event planning …..you name it and she will plan it for you.
She is married and has two children.
Lorraine J. Green-DaCosta - Marketing & Business Development Manager

Lorraine J. Green-DaCosta holds the office of Manager, Marketing & Business Development at COK Sodality Credit Union and since January 1, 2010 has overall responsibility for the Marketing Communications initiatives of the Credit Union.
Lorraine has had several years experience in the financial services sector ranging from micro-finance operations to debt recovery, investment management and now financial services marketing. Prior to joining COK, Mrs. DaCosta held the office of Assistant General Manager Sales and Marketing at GSB Credit Union Limited and before that she was the Wealth Manager for Marketing at NCB Capital Markets where she hosted the bank's television production "On that Matter of Wealth."
Lorraine holds a B.A. in English with a minor in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, an MBA in Marketing Management from the Mona.
School of Business; as well as Certificates in Project Management from the Boston University Corporate Education Centre and in Jamaican Securities. Mrs. DaCosta is also a trained financial journalist.
Mrs. DaCosta lectures part-time at the Mona School of Business in the area of Marketing Management .
A gym and James Patterson enthusiast, Lorraine has been a CAFFE observer since its inception.
Anthony A. Morris — Internal Audit Manager
Mr. Morris is a past student of Manchester High School and the University of Technology where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). He later pursued postgraduate studies with the University of Manchester/Manchester Business School, where he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance major.
Prior to joining the COK, Mr. Morris served with National Commercial Bank in Banking Operations then moved on to National Water Commission as Assistant Internal Auditor. He also served in the Jamaica Defence Force (National Reserve) for six years.
He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Credit Union Internal Auditors (ACUIA). He is also the director and choirmaster for a 40-voice gospel choir.
Anthony is married to Andrea and has two children, Christopher and Kimberly.
Juliet Henry — Branch Operations Manager

Since joining the COK Marketing Team in September 2003, Juliet has built upon a sound business education gained at the University of Technology with progressively more challenging responsibilities. She became Senior Marketing Officer in January 2006, responsible for our offshore members, including Grand Cayman, with direct supervisory responsibility for the team of Marketing Officers deployed throughout the COK network. In that role she also assisted the Human Resource and Learning Department in orientation of new staff members and was a peer staff trainer on HIV/AIDS workplace awareness.
In December 2007, Juliet moved into Operations as Assistant Manager posted to the newest branch of COK, Mandeville. As at January 2009, Miss Henry serves in the role of Assistant Manager -Branch Operations at the Half Way Tree Branch. She enjoys being a vital part of a dynamic organisation, where she can continue to employ her education and professional experience to enhance the organisation’s reach towards its goals and grow.
In her leisure time, Juliet serves with MYME Jamaica, a group of young adults devoted to raising HIV/AIDS awareness; volunteer teacher with the Jamaica Foundation for Lifelong Learning, assists in mentoring youth through a group called Youth of Excellence (Y.O.E.), and enjoys travel and exposure to varied cultures and foods. She values education as a tool that creates opportunities for individuals. However, she believes that it is a positive and determined attitude which actually fuels success in any sphere.
Rexona Christie - Facilities & Procurement Manager
Mrs. Rexona Christie is responsible for renovations, strategic decision-making and cost containment pertaining to procuring and maintaining the credit union assets.
With more than 15 years of experience in administration and project coordination, Mrs. Christie is well known for her ability to achieve project goals and for building consensus around common objectives. Her training includes Business Administration, with emphasis on Banking and Finance at the University of Technology; Management Studies at the Jamaica Institute of Management; and Supervisory Management at the Institute of Management Production. She is an avid reader with a preference for the writings of Richard Patterson and Mary Higgins.
Mrs. Christie has been with the organisation since 2001.

Branch Managers
Roger Shippey - Branch Manager - Montego Bay
Roger Shippey was part of the pioneering marketing team at the COK Sodality’s Montego Bay Branch. His strong customer service orientation has earned him the confidence of both the members, and his peers. His extraordinary people skills have been developed over fifteen years in leadership positions in education, customer service, and hospitality. This aptititude has been augmented by academic training in Business Administration, Marketing, and Management.
He is a graduate of the Cambridge International College, UK, from which he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Mr Shippey’s track record of high performance has earned him promotions at each stage of his career. Outside of work, his other area of excellence is music.
He plays a range of instruments, including the saxophone, which he handles expertly.
Tina Alicia Livingston - Brach Manager - Cross Roads
Since joining COK Co-op Credit Union Ltd in 1995, Tina has garnered a wealth of experience in a number of key positions across the organization. These roles have included Internal Audit Officer, Teller Supervisor, and Assistant Branch Manager, Half Way Tree, where she assisted in ensuring significant business growth. As a result Tina is well prepared for her current role as the Assistant Manager, Branch Operations for the Portmore location.
Tina holds a BBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Technology and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Management and Production. Tina is also a proud graduate of Meadowbrook High School.
To unwind, Tina enjoys netball and athletics, reading and travelling, whilst also being an avid follower of international and local politics.
Morris George Livingston - Branch Manager - Half Way Tree
Morris George Livingston joined COK in May 1991 as a HEART Trainee in the Accounts Department.
Morris has held several positions ranging from Teller, Senior Teller, Teller Supervisor, and Assistant Branch Manager. His years of experience at COK have given him a wealth of knowledge of the credit union’s policies and procedures and have also prepared him for his current position as Assistant Manager-Branch Operations (Cross Roads).
Morris is a past student of Dinthill Technical High School and the University College of the Caribbean (UCC). He holds a diploma in Accounts and Financial Management and a first degree in Business Administration. In his down time, Morris enjoys playing football, working out at the gym and socialising.
