The Blue Cross Health Insurance Plan - known as the "Credit Union Blue" - is our way of offering affordable and reliable health insurance coverage for you and your loved ones. We offer individual and family coverage, including the following benefits:

Individual Coverage
You can apply for coverage if you are between 18 and 69 years of age and if you are an existing Blue Cross of Jamaica subscriber through COK. Your coverage will continue beyond age 70, provided you continue to pay your premiums. If you are on an Individual Plan you may transfer to Family Membership at anytime during the year.
Family Coverage
You can get coverage for your spouse (married or unmarried), and/or dependent children - biological or adopted, up to nineteen years of age. Children aged 19 - 22 years may be covered if they are enrolled at a tertiary institution as a full-time student.
